Childhood Summer trips to Maine evolved into a years-long apprenticeship through Maine’s Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association. The experience resulted in a passion for gardening and animal husbandry but also for preserving, fermenting, and canning. Here at the Red Moose Cafe we share these skills in a variety of exciting ways from hot sauces, to kraut, mustard to pickled vegetables, and more.
